Also it's Friday and we get Golden Time.

We enjoyed a small play from Primary 5 about The East Story and we sang some hymns. We are very happy as we are finishing for two weeks.

Day Fourteen

Today we drew some daffodils to raise funds for Marie Curie. We also labelled a dafoodil. We have been growing our daffodils and now it's time to take them home.

Day Thirteen

Primary 3 were reading the book 'The Owl who was afraid of the dark' and to finish our topic two ladies came in from 'Hoots, Owls and brought some feathery friends. We saw an eagle owl, Snowy owl,Tawny owl two Barn Owls and two tropical screech owls. We then got a chance to hold them and wathc them fly. This was a great day for everyone.

We went to the hall to watch boys and girls from the upper school perform their dance that won them a place in the next stages of the UDO dance competition.

The next part of the competition is at the Emirates Arena.

Day Nine

We are starting to learn about the Egyptians using the 'Who wants to be a Millionaire' game and realise we will have to work hard and learn lots to win the million.

Day seven

Today we had a visit from Stephen who works for the bank. We all know how to use bank cards and how to save. He told us a story about Billy saving up for a crocodile toy. We all had a great time.

Day five

During Financial Education week we have enjoyed playing money maths games. We are learning to count our money and get change from a £1. We are also enjoying making bookmarks for 20p to sell to the rest of the school.
