We are very happy today because it is very sunny. We also have p.e and we are looking forward to improving our ball skills.

Day 15

Today is the last day of school before the Easter holiday.We got to wear our own clothes. We got an Easter basket from our teacher and filled it with goodies. We also went to an Easter Service and p5 performed 'The Easter Story'. We have had a great day today! :)

Today Bobby came to speak to us about Road Safety. We learned that we should always look, listen and think before we cross the road. We also know that we should always wear a helmet when out cycling!

Day Eleven

Today is world book day.we got to dress up as our favourite character from a book.The primary 6,s came to our class.We read them a story then they read us a story.We had so much fun!

Day Ten

We are entering a competition to raise awareness of Eath Hour. Earth Hour is one hour each year were people turn off any lights that they do not really need. We are writing acrostic poems for 'EARTH' and 'HOUR'. We hope that one of us wins the prize. It is a trip for a family of four to the Science Centre and also some IMAX tickets! :)

Today is Friday! We are all happy because we are having Golden Time. We have worked hard all week to earn this! :)

Day Six

Today, we played our favourite maths game called, 'Battle of the Giants'. Dylan came first and Becki came second. We had a lot of fun. We think that we are MATHSTASTIC! :)

Day Four

Today, we decsribed setting. We wrote a story and used our senses to describe the setting.We wrote about where Plop lives . Plop is a character from our book study called, 'The Owl who was Afraid of the Dark'. We think we were realy successful! :)

Today it is our janitor Mr Gallagher's 60th birthday. There was a big sign outside to wish him Happy Birthday. We also had a surprise assembly for him and we sung Happy Birthday. Happy Birthday Mr Gallagher! :)

We were so busy yesterday that we never had a chance to blog so we are catching up today!

We have a 'Quote of the Week'. This week, our quote is, "no one ever got better by always getting it right'. We know that everybody makes mistakes and it is okay to make mistakes because everyone learns from them. This made us smile. :)
