If your child attends primary school, you should pre-order their lunches in advance to allow us to prepare the correct quantities.
If you have pre-ordered a school lunch and your child is no longer able to attend primary school that day, we would ask that you cancel your meal booking.
Please note, if your child receives a medically referred diet, the facility to pre-select meal options on ParentPay will be unavailable. The meal provision will be managed directly by the catering team at your child's school based on their medical requirements. You should confirm whether your child requires a meal that day by clicking the 'meal required (as per previous request)' button.
